Internal Sales Representative

 

The Sales Acquisition team is responsible of the growth of Fibrenoire through the development of Large Market. The internal representative will work closely with the sales and engineering teams in order to meet with potential clients.

Responsabilities:

  • Prospect new client accounts and generate sales opportunities via cold calls and through social media such as LinkedIn;
  • Conduct business research and creation of prospecting lists;
  • Reach quotas and objectives for scheduling meetings for the accounts managers;
  • Manage the calendars of the accounts managers and the network specialists;
  • Update the CRM.

 

Qualification and competencies:

  • Relevant experience in sales
  • College diploma in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all team members
  • Ability to adapt to a work environment where priorities changes quickly
  • Self-reliance and creativity
  • Thirst for goals achievement, resilience and perseverance.

 

Requirements:  

  • Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with various prospecting approaches
  • Solid comprehension of client business strategy
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Driver’s license and vehicle required for frequent moving
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all team members
  • Leadership oriented towards teamwork, communication, action, results and sense of priorities
  • Ability to adapt to a work environment where priorities change quickly
